Can't recommend highly enough for a short visit

Impressive breakfast, outstanding staff, the breakfast was abundant, with various delicious options to start the day, and the staff's friendliness made us feel right at home during our two-night stay.

Lack of air conditioning leads to uncomfortable heat during the summer!!! Noise from surrounding streets, especially sirens, keeps you awake at night!!! The elevators shut too quickly, making them a bit of a nuisance!!!

The spa facilities were a great relief after a long day, but the room was quite run down.

We had a great time staying at the hotel while exploring the charming streets of Bergedorf. The kids loved playing in the park nearby, and we enjoyed visiting the local shops. The public transport was super convenient, making trips to Hamburg easy.
